Glass Bottom Boat "Definitive: A Year In The Nebula - Fall" Releases December 8th, 2017   Doggma Uno and Glass Bottom Boat Productions are very excited to announce the new LP Definitive: A Year In The Nebula - Fall, releasing December 8th, 2017. The 14 track project features production from some of hip hop's premier beat smiths, including: Duke Westlake, Kev Brown, EQ - Out The Ash Tray of LA, Jeepz, Dellue, Calvin Valentine, Prez Sinatra, Sumthin Gunny, and  Doggma Zero and Cal-S-thetics themselves.  This playlist features Tone Dogg Raw and Cal-S-thetics at the helm, navigating the listener through yet another season, with help from DJ Rawz Ill Remedy and DJ Orator providing the scratches and cuts, as well as vocal contributions from Dave Allen, AO and Noreik Thascool.  Mixed and Mastered by EQ - Out the Ash Tray of LA, this soundscape makes the stories almost tangible.  "This album doesn't feel like a continuation of what we've been doing.  It feels like transition and movement.  We really tried to capture the autumn season musically," reveals Tone Dogg Raw when asked.  Thematically, this album's thesis explores introspection, melancholy, transition and strategy.  As the leaves change and the air becomes crisp, the duo that is Glass Bottom Boat subtly illustrates the autumn and its often tacit progression of the year with a mood music soundtrack.    Pre-order or listen to Definitive: A Year In The Nebula - Fall at your favorite digital outlet. Vianni is prodigious singer / songwriter raised on 90s RnB and Afropop in Croydon, South London. Having exploded with his song  'Recognise' (6.5 M views and counting) the UK scene has found a new natural hitmaker, with influences rooted in the African musical diaspora as well as American soul music. His new EP 'Bandit Luva' explores and expands his signature sound, fleshing out his vision to his rapidly growing fan base.   Growing up, Vianni was more of a dancer than a singer but his ability soon had him moving into songwriting. Having taught himself guitar and piano from Youtube, he got into a music degree at the British Institute of Modern Music with no other formal training. Hearing the results MB remarked 'you should be an artist bro'.   The next track they released together 'Recognize' is now still one of the top 15 most played videos ever on LinkUp TV.  It interpolates quotes from US star PARTYNEXTDOOR's track 'Recognize" but takes the sour feel of the original as a starting point to spin out a sweet Afro-pop-RnB track.  When the track was a hit, he dropped out of university to make music full time.   'Bandit Luva''s 4 tracks continues to mix his smooth soul over sharp, snapping club-friendly rhythms. From the love song direct to his girl-next-door 'Contagious', to the soulful yearning of 'Complicated' and 'S.O.S.' we have a songwriter in the mold of Ne-Yo, Usher or John Legend but with an ear for a beat with some Afro-syncopation and a LDN accent.
